　　该剧基于德州杀手Candy Montgomery与受害者Betty Gore的真实故事改编，奥尔森将饰演Candy Montgomery。1980年的德州，Montgomery似乎拥有了一切，热爱工作的丈夫、一双子女、在新郊区的一所漂亮房子，可为什么她要用斧头砍死自己的教会朋友呢？

　　故事将离开维多利亚时代的伦 敦，改为以新角色及新故事讲述1938年的洛杉矶，这个时间当地融入了墨西哥裔美国人，而剧中会以真实历史为佐料下描述各超自然角色之间的冲突及联系。

　　In Playdate, a seemingly ordinary decision turns the world of Elisa, mum to two young kids, upside down. 　　亚马逊续订《超级蜱人》第二季。本季共10集，将在今年晚些时候启动制作，预计将于2019年开播。
